Yes, however the hot water production is very limited (22.5ltr per minute) in hydronic boilers. So in a nut shell the hydronic combination boilers only produce enough hot water for one outlet at a time. That’s not ideal if you have more than two residents or more than one bathroom. Also, if you ever have any mechanical problems with the boiler, you can lose your heating and hot water simultaneously which can be problematic. We would always recommend a separate and independent hot water service. It is an option to install a combination boiler if the property is small and space for appliances is extremely limited.
